INTERIOR BASED ON ABW

New ways of working was the theme for Randstad's new office. The goal was to create an interior based on ABW (Activity-Based Working) principles, allowing employees the flexibility to move around throughout the workday. We aimed to create an inviting environment for candidates and guests in the building. A pleasant place to enter and a pleasant place to work. Many small zones were established for informal meetings, collaboration, and deep focus.
