UPDATE OF HISTORIC PROPERTY

The property Buen is a beautiful building from the 1950s. The property is marked by having been built in a different era for different needs. The building houses many different companies, all of which share the need for areas where employees can retreat to make phone calls or have a short, informal meeting. There is plenty of space in the hallways, but it lacked coziness, and the acoustics were so poor that it was uncomfortable to speak, whether in conversation or on the phone. We have now created zones that make it possible to use previously dead square meters. By utilizing the hallways, we’ve created a much better working environment, and the building suddenly has much more to offer. We use moss because it is fantastic at dampening sound – a beautiful acoustic solution. It adds warmth to an otherwise cold space. Old drawings of the building create a sense of pride in the property and remind the users of its history along the hallway.
